Upon termination, you will lose access to our services and any unused credits or prepaid amounts may be forfeited.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

The arbitration shall take place in New York, NY, and the decision shall be final and binding.

12. Governing Law
